"I had a very disappointing experience working with Stacie McDaniel. In my interactions, I did not receive the level of customer service I expected. Requests for documents, such as having copies of my policy mailed to me, were not handled in a timely or satisfactory manner. Most communication was routed through other staff members rather than direct follow-up from her, which made it difficult to get clear answers to my questions. Overall, I found the experience frustrating and unhelpful, and based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this agency."
